I have been actively involved in the networking industry for over 9 years now. Throughout college I worked closely with a non-profit in Cedar Rapids, who needed a systems administrator. I gained great experience designing an Active Directory structure, and providing the foundation for how their network would run throughout today.
I have great respect for various parts of the virtualization community. I firmly believe it has so much more potential, and really enjoy working with VMWare technology. Ask me anytime about what I would love to do with any company, and I'll tell you how I can make VMWare work into it.
I really love working on Juniper equipment. Part of my current day to day responsibilities is working with Juniper gear, setting up new core backbone links, installing new equipment, configuring data center equipment. I just love JunOS. It's the best NOS ever.
